By working with laser technology, small quantities are cost-efficient and the production of components is often more flexible. In addition, the whole production process is more profitable since full material utilization is significantly higher.

In our production, we deploy a range of robot systems in the areas welding, hemming and gluing.
STUD WELDING SYSTEMS
For stud welding, we use multiple CNC stud welding systems and machines.
We dispose of various resistance welding machines. Altogether, over 80 welding sources and 160 welding guns are being put to work.
For MIG/MAG/TIG welding, we dispose of approximately 180 welding machines.
